Information

Carrots, like many vegetables, are composed of up to 90% water. Nevertheless, we find them quite delicious - and they are one of the most popular types of vegetables. Carrots can be grown the entire year in Germany, so you don’t have to go far to find them.

It is not only in terms of taste that carrots never fail to disappoint – they are also healthy: the composition of the fibre in carrots is especially beneficial and it helps to regulate bowl function. In summary: an all-rounder from the parsley family (Apiaceae).
